HELP & GUIDES
Make yourself at home.
Get started with your Library, understand updates, sync and backups, or connect the Chrome companion to Desktop.
Your Library, your way
Add movies and TV through Discover, then track watches from Library or Up Next. Browse and For You skip owned titles; Search can still find them.
Choose Detailed or Grid, combine filters and use Archive for archived titles. Your services narrows your own Library; it does not add unrelated titles.
Library and filter basics →Updates, sync and backup
Library updates fetch title information. Account sync exchanges supported changes between devices. Cloud Backup saves a recovery copy. They are different actions.

Contact support →Quick answers
Do I need an account?
No. Your Library is local-first and works without sign-in. Sign in only if you want account sync or Cloud Backup.
Why are some titles missing?
Clear search and active filters, check Archive, and confirm the active profile. A title can also appear before its seasons and episodes finish downloading; use the Library update's Retry action if it failed.
Does automatic sync run when I close the app?
No. After a successful initial manual sync on each device, Enabled allows Desktop checks while the app is open, including in the tray, and Android checks while the app is in the foreground. Automatic sync is not an automatic cloud backup.
Can streaming mark something watched without asking?
No. Browser Watching sends a title for review. Recording a watch requires your explicit confirmation in Desktop.
