Delete your Series Organizer+ account

What deletion removes

• Your Series Organizer+ Supabase authentication account
• Your associated Series Organizer+ cloud backup snapshots

Cloud backup snapshots are cascade-deleted when the associated authentication account is deleted.

What deletion does not remove

Deleting your Series Organizer+ account does not delete your Google Account.

Device-local guest, Library and tracking data may remain on devices until you clear the app's local storage or uninstall the app. This lets the local-first application remain usable without a cloud account.

Request deletion without the app

Send an email from the Google address used to sign in to Series Organizer+ to lastdaysoftware@gmail.com with the subject “Series Organizer+ account deletion request.” State clearly that you want the Series Organizer+ cloud account and its cloud backups deleted.

Account verification

Sending the request from the Google address used for Series Organizer+ helps verify which account should be removed. If you cannot send from that address, contact support and LastDay Software will request limited, non-secret information needed to verify account ownership before deletion.

Never send passwords or authentication tokens. LastDay Software will never require your Google password, Supabase access token, refresh token or other private authentication credential in a deletion request.

Processing time

Verified email requests will be completed within 30 calendar days. The requester will receive confirmation at the email address used for the request after the account and associated cloud backups have been deleted.

Retention exceptions

If specific information must be retained because of an applicable legal obligation, security need, or abuse-prevention requirement, it will be retained only for the necessary purpose and period. Deletion-request correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to document and complete the request.

Local-first use after deletion

Series Organizer+ does not require an account for normal local Library use. Deleting the cloud account therefore does not prevent local use of the application.
