About this policy

Series Organizer+ is an Android application by LastDay Software for organizing and tracking movies and TV shows. It is local-first and works without an account.

Data stored locally on your device

Local device data may include:

• Library membership
• Movie watch counts
• TV-show and episode tracking
• Favorites and archived state
• User preferences
• Notification and synchronization preferences
• Cached TMDB metadata and artwork references

Optional Google sign-in

Optional Google sign-in is implemented through Google OAuth and Supabase authentication. An account is not required to use the local Library.

Authentication tokens are stored locally using Android Keystore-backed encryption and are excluded from Android backup.

Manual Cloud Backup

Cloud Backup v1 is manual, not automatic. A backup is uploaded only when you explicitly request one.

Cloud backups may contain:

• Library membership
• Movie tracking
• TV-show tracking
• Episode tracking

Cloud backups exclude:

• TMDB metadata and caches
• Person data
• Posters and other artwork
• Analytics preferences
• General app/device preferences
• Notification permissions and schedules
• Authentication tokens

The backend stores at most the five newest immutable backup snapshots per account. Supabase is currently deployed in EU West.

Optional Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics is disabled by default and is enabled only through explicit user opt-in.

When enabled, it may collect:

• A pseudonymous app-instance identifier
• App lifecycle and session activity
• Coarse geographical information
• Device/platform information
• Library movie and TV-show counts

Firebase Analytics does not receive media titles, searches, biographies, email addresses, authentication tokens or watch-history records. Advertising identifiers and personalization are disabled.

Services used

• TMDB — movie, TV, episode, Person, artwork, video and provider metadata.
• JustWatch — streaming-availability attribution supplied through TMDB.
• Supabase — optional Google authentication and cloud backup.
• Google OAuth — optional authentication.
• Google / Firebase — optional analytics after user opt-in.

Transmission and international processing

Supported network services are accessed over encrypted HTTPS connections. Some third-party services may process information outside your country or region according to their own infrastructure and privacy terms.

Retention

Local app data remains on the device until it is removed through app functionality, Android storage controls, or uninstall behavior.

Cloud Backup retains at most the five newest immutable snapshots associated with an account. Deleting the Series Organizer+ Supabase authentication account cascade-deletes its cloud backup snapshots.

Your privacy choices

• Use Series Organizer+ without signing in.
• Choose whether to create a manual cloud backup.
• Choose whether optional Firebase Analytics is enabled.
• Sign out of your Google-linked Series Organizer+ account.
• Request deletion of your Series Organizer+ cloud account and backups.

Account and cloud-data deletion

See the Account deletion page for the public deletion pathway. Deleting a Series Organizer+ account does not delete your Google Account.

Children

Series Organizer+ is a general-audience media organization application and is not directed to children under 13. LastDay Software does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an account or support request, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

This policy may be updated as Series Organizer+ changes or as its services and data-handling practices evolve. The latest revision date will be shown on this page.
